Eng. House Bill No. 2101 -- A bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended by repealing §29-12C-1 and §29-12-2, all relating to eliminating obsolete government entities; repealing sections relating to the Patient Injury Compensation Plan Study Board.
